The Archive
Charlie's World keeps a running log of hikes, swims, snow days, and the odd nap in a flowerbed. No filters, no staging. Just a dog covering ground.

Taken on the Sawtooth Ridge trail at mile six, right as the sun cleared the far peaks. Charlie had already scouted the spot twenty feet ahead and just sat down to wait for the camera to catch up.
A washed out footbridge on the Elk Creek loop, replaced by a fallen pine. Charlie walked it in three seconds flat while the humans took the long way through the shallows.
An early October storm dumped six inches on the pass overnight. Most dogs would've turned back at the car. This one rolled in it for ten straight minutes before we got a step in.
